UPDATE 1.3

ADDITIONS:
- Majin Outfit 2 is complete, known as "Patroller Outfit"
- Fixed Male Majin Character Creation Sprite
- Majin Kamehameha implimented
- Majin now has a 1.2x Passive Speedbuff

REMOVALS:
- Nothing yet.

KEY NOTES:
The only way to obtain the Majin Kamehameha is to use /spawnitem majinkamehameha with admin commands. Plans to make it craftable will be added once the crafting table for this race is ready.
