- Gaia: Changed the first power (currently carried by the mine[2.12]) to Vision (Set Power).
- Nordics: Now they can only place 4 temples

- Some Fuxi builds are now slower: temple -30%, towers -20%, castles -20%.
- The new description to: Tiny! Freak Style v2.13 (No Overlay)

Fixed some population bugs, apparently +4 extra population appeared, plus the favor drip system was restored (12 seconds = 1 extra favor, except for Nordics)
