*Removed "Welcome" spam in chat

*Refactored the cannon kismet to be less of a mess of copy and paste
*Cannons must be fired 3 times now

*Reduced AG min spawn time
*Added a ground floor exit to MA spawn 3
*Moved exits for AG3 / MA4 spawn
*Ram falls back down certain hills when there are no MA nearby
*Ram now responds to encroaches
*Lessened Cathedral HUD spam
*A few nebulous tweaks

N.B.
*There is a intermittent yet resilient bug which makes the odd cannon load cycle happening twice before it fires. Please let me know if you experience it and what the conditions were.
*Cathedral is still too big. Changes to that will be in next version.

*Added an extra rise between the ballista bridge and the cathedral
*Added an extra level of stairs to the cathedral front
*Moved oil pots forward
*Fixed some more spawn camping
*Moved ballistas back to remove wall hop from spawn building onto wall
*Added an extra path from AG/MA spawn in front of cathedral
*Possibly fixed an AG spawn forwarding bug, difficult to test localy

*Added Stage 3

*Removed enemy access to AG2 MA3 spawn
*Fixed some collision issues
*Bots now work with mid cannon
*Improved Stage 1 AI scripting. Bots should now flank left and right rather than just crushing at the cannon
*Fixed a few terrain issues
*Moved ballistas forward

*Added level version message on level reset
*Fixed cannons not registering MA death. (looked like AG was activating cannon)
*Oil pot refill increased from 3 seconds to 6 seconds
*Increased cannon times across the board (~ doubled)
*Added catch to stop cannon hud appearing during battering ram stage
*Limited rotation on ballistas to avoid spawn camping
*Removed stuck points and access issues
