Weapon Re-Balance Changelog

Long Range Rifles:
- Increased the recoil of the Firepuncher and the Valken 38x
- Adjusted the recoil of the DC-15X
- Removed Firepuncher AP and Valken 38x AP Magazines
- Reduced the accuracy of the DC-15X from 0.3 MOA to 1.0 MOA
- DC-15LE now uses DC-15A magazines
- Valken now uses Firepuncher magazines

Auto-rifles:
- Adjusted DC-15L to accept DC-15A Magazines
- Reduced DC-15L box magazine size from 210 rounds to 150 rounds
- Increased DC-15L box magazine weight from 3lbs to 4.5lbs.
- Adjusted Z-6 to accept DC-15S Magazines
- Reduced Z-6 box magazine size from 350 rounds to 300 rounds
- Reduced Z-6 box magazine weight from 6lbs to 5.5lbs.
- Inverted Z-6 Recoil to return it to it's original state, if you are unsure about it's reasons I would recommend looking at its side view and reviewing the interactions of various forces and moments acting on the “rifle” as it shoots.

Standard Rifles:
- Removed flash hider muzzle attachment.
- Reduced DC-15S magazine capacity from 50 to 45.
- Reduced DC-15S accuracy from 3.0 MOA to 3.5 MOA
- Changed 15A and 15A UGL model back into JLTS, added Wood Stock versions
- Removed E-11D
- Moved DC-34 "Brenda" to the independent faction, it can no longer be used by the GAR faction
- Moved DW-32S to the independent faction, it can no longer be used by the GAR faction
- Removed Medic iteration of the DC-15C
- Made airborne detachment DC-15C Carbine and 15C GL. They are compatible with the 15A magazines
- Increased the magazine capacity of the shotgun from 6 to 8

Pistols:
- Removed DC-17S Suppressor compatibility
- Buffed DC-17S Damage
- Buffed DC-17S Dual Damage
- Reduced DC-17S Dual Accuracy
- Reduced DC-1911 Accuracy
- Made other pistols compatible with 17SA magazines and 40mm GL smokes and flares.

Other Equipment:
- Removed Throwable Impact Grenades, they were being buggy, I don't have time to fix them.
