Changed some things around to work better with the new update. Most notably the reactor output wiring.

- Changed the depth for some items to be behind player, namely the medical fabricator.
- Wired up the docking port to accept station power
- Reduced the power demand of some large items somewhat (engine, fab, decon, etc) and slightly increased fuel efficiency.
- Fixed issue where hulls were not named properly
- Fixed issue where player clips into water upon entering station
- Fixed the navigation terminal button text (now says "Reactor Shutdown" and "Battery On/Off"
- Moved around hulls slightly, mostly for visual reasons
- Made small changes to description

Made security less grief-friendly by putting some of the more dangerous explosives in a safe. Also added a toolbelt in that safe so detonators can be wired, and added a few toolbelts in ballast storage.

Added Assistant spawns, and made the airlock light in navigation work correctly.
