Update: 21 Jun, 2023 @ 4:29pm

- Minor changes as necessary for 3.8.4 compatibility.

Balance changes
- Reduced evasion for Titans (was 5%, now 0%. For reference, Vanilla 5%)
- Increased evasion for Destroyers (was 40%, now 45%. For reference, Vanilla 35%)
Note: In my testing, I found that Destroyers were increasingly overshadowed by Cruisers with only a few ideal use cases, largely due to changes a few patches ago in "Orion".
- Replaced the lone "M" utility slot for some Battleship sterns with a "L" utility slot.
- Revised the strike craft for Amoeba, Grey Goo, and Contingency to be consistent with other strike craft changes (specifically, replace 100% shield penetration with -50% shield damage).
Note: To balance this nerf to AI fleets, the shield and armor for these strike craft have been increased by 50%.

As always, all feedback is welcome and appreciated.

Update: 21 Jun, 2023 @ 4:28pm

No changes. Accidental push.

Update: 31 May, 2023 @ 3:33pm

Updated as required for 3.8.3 "Gemini".

Balance Changes
- Reduced Pulse Laser weapon power requirement from 54 (small) / 96 (medium) to 30 (small) / 60 (medium).
- Changed Strike Craft weapons to behave more similar to other laser weapons (-50% shield damage instead of +100% shield penetration). This is potentially a significant nerf so feedback is welcome.

Update: 17 May, 2023 @ 8:39pm

Update: 12 May, 2023 @ 10:14am

Minor balance patch as follows.

- In an attempt to better differentiate the Carrier Defense Wing from other strike craft, they now use a small kinetic driver instead of a laser. This new weapon depletes rather than penetrates shields, so may synergize better with a mixed fleet. The regen rate for these fighters has been reduced from 0.5/day to 0.125/day. Feedback appreciated on these changes.
- Increased damage for the Heavy Ultra Autocannon and HV Penetrator by about 10% based on additional combat testing.
- Changes to the Picket, Guardian, and Line computers so ships now tightly hold formation. Not only is this is a big visual improvement, but also allows ships to cover each other with point defense weapons.

Update: 11 May, 2023 @ 9:28am

Changes necessary for compatibility with 3.8.2 "Gemini".

Update: 10 May, 2023 @ 10:35am

Update: 21 Mar, 2023 @ 4:23pm

One more bug fix that was preventing Sentinel, Barrier, and Guardian PD weapons from engaging properly.

Update: 21 Mar, 2023 @ 11:52am

Bug fixes
- Updates as necessary for compatibility with 3.7.1 "Canis Minor".
- Fixed the weapon and computer loadouts for some personalities.
- Starholds now have +5000 armor and shield, previously was +10000 armor +0 shield.

Changes
- Destroyers now have access to the torpedo computer.
- Titans now consume 24 fleet size instead of 32.
