Changes to drops.xml required a different selector path on a couple of lines due to the new xenon panels. Reworked it to just make the overall mod as simple as possible to hopefully avoid this again in the future.

Increase other mod wares from 1-2 drop to 1-3 drop to make up for lower chance of dropping.
