Updated c1m3_mall to spawn a few extra hazmat infected at the end of the level, near the evac center. (Inspired by TLS Community Update Testing Initiative)

Updated with ProdigySim's "Recording Helper", allowing me to use "z_population" instead of floodfilling the nav meshes. Hell yeah, we're professional now!
