Fixed another bottomless pit that just wasn't deadly enough. Took me long enough, sorry!

Fixed a small exploit when the player could survive falling down the pit in the Sewer Intermission level.

A small generation update that prevents Erebus from generating multiple rooms of the same kind on one level (end rooms unaffected). This update should increase the variety of rooms the player encounters in one run.
