Water Mill in City Center is no longer moved to Industrial Zone but renamed to "Irrigation Wheel", with the IZ getting a new "Water Mill" building to improve compatibility and reduce footprint. This also means that the changes to the Granary were removed and will no longer interfere with any City Center mods. Eureka changes were removed as well due to that.
