- Lowered dummy building cost to 0 to avoid them giving free culture for Ramesses and with Ayutthaya. However, this means the Hammurabi Tweaks mod (or another rework removing his ability to get free buildings) is necessary since his ability will otherwise spawn a dummy building.
- Fertilizer now covers not just Farms but also Paddy Fields, Oasis Gardens, and Irrigation Farms from my other mods if available.

More adjustments to the dummy building, making it repairable more easily and hiding it from the Civilopedia

- Fixed syntax error in UC_PRD_Bonuses_Yields.sql (thanks to NuDDeN for pointing it out)
- FIxed issues with dummy building that allowed Faith-purchasing them whenever such an ability had been unlocked (e.g. by Valletta)

Simplified dummy building system, no more "Mill Race" in build menu (will still appear in list of existing buildings in cities with IZ next to river)

Factories and Chemical Plants now have a small base Production yield so that their powered yield bonus shows properly in the tooltip

Fixed issue with the domestic trade route bonus from all IZ buildings, they now work as described

- removed some redundant requirements, using existing ones now.
- removed changes to Lincoln's ability. Made compatible with changes to Community Patch fix for it which no longer removes the free unit from even the first Power Plant in a city. Big thanks to Fuzzle for the help here!
