Fixed Prices for small bag to 5000 previously was 10k same as medium bag

Fixed the new spawn overwhelming vendors inventories.
Lowered Spawn chance of all Anex Bags in the entire world, to make them a rare item rather than trash drop.

Added Waystations and Shinobi Towers as a possible sold item.
Fixed a little color bleed on straps, hardly noticable but it bugged me a lot.
Fixed Old Vendors Lists due to changes in 1.0 version of game.
