Fixed bug flamer may lose flame effect under some condition.
Fixed incorrect cover behavior for German bunker (Fortification).
Adjusted thickened fuel can ricochet when hit construction outside.

Improved scripts. Increased flamethrower damage to multiple targets and soldiers under cover.
Fixed bug flames blocked by trees.
Fixed bug tank crews become AI unit after bailed out.

Adjusted capacity of fuel containers.
Adjusted fire rate of flamethrowers.
Now flamethrowers can sustain longer firing duration under AI control & direct control. It's still longer than IRL, just for fun.
