- that anoying gdcw cinematic boom explosion error when you shot a rocket on a strangly formed surface

FIXED:
- rpg rocket sound not stopping
- ( Base info ) removed the Muzzle Flash of Silenced Weapons
- Rewrote the Grenade Launcher code, its much more efficient and works more realistic
- Rewrote the Shotgun Reload Fix, it now works with all clip amounts and is a lot more efficient

ADDED:
- grenade sounds for mp5
- workaround that prevents getting extra ammo when picking up dropped weapons :)
- a console command that determines the amount of ammo clips a player spawns with. ( M9K-ZAmountOfXtraClips "number")

* the satchel charge will now have a 1 sec delay and play 1 random sound out of 3 when thrown
* the crowbar will now play 1 random sound out of 3 if hit and 1 out of 2 when miss
