- reduced Utility Hardsuit radiation protection from 100% to 90%
- slower Hardsuit crafting
- optimized code for many items (for easier reading, using `variantof`)
- I forgot what else, nothing big

- Medical Backpack slots increased to 14
- Vanilla medic uniforms can't be carried in inventories anymore (can be carried like diving suits)
- Utility Backpack slots increased to 12
- Bulk resource crates now stack to 5 - allowing 100 resources kept in one slot (insert joke here)
