Added a welcome notice when the map loads.

Added AC/Heating units inside factory, with spinning fans inside.

No more lag when firing the laser or any other weapon at the map's base layer.

You now have the option of loading only the apartment building and surrounding area.

Choosing this option removes much of the map and some features.
