-Removed particles from some effects that were excessive and hurting performance
-made it so the mod clears outdated DB entries when loading saves
-Corrected a few errors in item descriptions
- Added 5 new items including a new set that can be seen in the mod pictures.

-Changed more items to the new damage systems
-When dual wielding effects only proc off the main hand attack, at some point I will probably change this so the offhand weapon only procs with the offhand. But the issue was that when dual you would double procs with each weapon
-Corrected some effect that were not being calculated right
-Changed lots of the damage statistics on weawpon effects

-This is a major update, I rewrote much of the mods core scripting. The biggest change is how effect chances are calculated. All effect odds have been reduced and it is no longer possible to have a guaranteed success on a roll. Ability levels still determine the odds but every additional level in an ability has less effect then the one before it.
-I'm also am reworking how damage is calculated for effects that activate off of weapons or spells. The damage of the effect is now a percentage of hit that spawned it. This means that you don't necessarily need levels in Pyroteknic for a weapon with a fire effect to be effective. I have about half finished at this point.
-Many items stats have been reduced. As everyone who has plays this mod knows, these items are kind of OP. They don't need OP stats on top of the effects. Hopefully this along with with the reduced things will make the items feel more balanced.
-1 New item, the Storm Caller
-Toxic only effects enemies now. Also reduced the effect strength by half
-Lots of bug fixes.
-That being said I bet there are some new bugs I have yet to find due to all the major changes. If you notice something not working right let me know and I will fix it as soon as I can
