Added a mod setting that allows you to turn ON/OFF the wand skins.
Changed the positioning of the rat wand because holding it by the tail was a funny meme, but it caused your projectiles to shoot at a very low and awkward angle.

We now have downscaled Jerma985 as the first wand. Obviously.
