~ Added adjustments to default sprint delay, and how it works.

+ Added an in game command to turn the default hud on and off (For you mr. groove and reconciliation <3) command is SS_ShowHud true / false.

+ Also added a hook that other HUDS can use to get the delay left on the sprint.

~Oh yeah and I cleaned up the console.
