Changed obtaining method for the Spell Tome: Infernal Flames:
* Enthir no longer sells the Tome.
* Faralda now sells the Tome.
* Completion of Destruction Master quest is now required to purchase the Tome from Faralda.
* The Tome can now be randomly found in dungeon Boss' treasure chests. Minimum level required to find the Tome is 10.
* This mod no longer directly edits any containers/forms (scripts are used instead). This should improve compartibility with other mods.

Base damage: 100 per second.
Base mana cost: 475 per second.
Afterburn duration: 2 seconds.
Obtaining Method: Purchase Spell tome from Enthir in College of Mages. Completing master Destruction quest is not required.
