Just a small patch in response to LegoBrick's functionality being integrated into the Vanilla Expanded Framework.

1.3 Update

- The Flame lance and Burst blade abilities can now be toggled on and off.

- StellicGuard_Melee can now spawn with Heavy Melee Weapons

- Enemy pawns will not use special weapon abilities until they engage the target in melee combat.

Adjusted the drawSize of the Guardian Shield for consistency.

Removed the extra research project, added a new one. Tweaked rocket hammer so it could be researched by transport pods project.
Removed dependency on Craftable Royalty Weapons, ultratech weapons can be crafted in the base mod from now on.
Removed the extra guardian shield left in from development.
Removed the listed dependcy with VWE - Heavy

- Fixed a game ruining issue caused by the Guardian Shield's special defense feature and Vanilla Events Expanded - Cargo Drop event.

- Allowed pawns with the Combat Exosuit from Prostheses+ to equip HMWs.

- Heavy Melee Weapons should no longer falsely state a dependency on Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Heavy Weapons.

Patch 1.1.0

Adds Three New items

- Guardian Shield
- Gravity Staff
- Rocket Hammer

Pawns with supported exosuit-esque hediffs to equip HMW without wearing Exoframes or Power Armor.
Currently Supports:
- Cybernetic Organisms and Neural Networks: Exoskeleton Armor
- EPOE: Exosuit
- Rah's Bionics and Surgery Expansion: Exosuit
- Frozen Snow Fox's Advance Bionics: All three Exoframes.

Heavy MonoSword can now cleave.

Cleave: The Pawn using the Cleave attack will deal damage to every target in a radius 1 around them.

Plasmalance and Gravity Staff are now usable with shields.

Bug Fixes:
- Now compatible with Rimworld Spartan Foundry Armors.
- Fixed the graphics issue when used with Yayo's Combat 3.
- The crafting speed of HMW is now affected by the general labor stat.

This Version is currently unstable with CE.
