Finalized mod for B131 Hotfix 1

Removed excess Parameters Used in Testing. MOD is not SAVE compatible. A new game must be started in order for mod to take effect. This mod changes parameters pertaining to periscopes, submarine entities, deck gun and related ammo, AA gun and related ammo, and some items like coffee, potassium absorbers, sonar decoys combat helmet and rebreather. If this mod is in the top position on your mods list it may interfere with other mods you may have in the list position above this mod. If this mod alter the above mentioned parameters of your other installed mods, you may try to move this mod one position down.
