Welp I was wrong.

- Now all buildings will be sorted by tech rank.
- Fixed a bug that showed unused icons if you had too little single-slot buildings.

- Now it'll reassign all buildings, even vanilla ones. This takes care of issues when a UB changes the number of GW slots (for example Argentinian Tangueria).
- Buildings are ordered by number of GW slots (ascending), tech rank (buildings without prereqs go last) and id (so mod buildings will go after vanilla buildings).

- Plans for horizontal scrollbar or such went up in smoke. Yay firaxis.

- Development should be over for the foreseeable future.

- Added compatibility with WHoward's mods.
- Fixed columns for buildings with 2 slots.
- Fixed visual compatibility if this mod gets overridden.
