Fixed some minor issues, the mod is now "lighter"

  • fixed the trait's description for the Yamana
  • added a trait to Imagawa, reduced recruitment cost and upkeep for horse archers
  • added the traits for Miyoshi Chokei, now you can play Miyoshi Chokei's Ambition
  • deleted some useless data from the .pack file
  • updated the Italian translation

Clans have now unique features:

Hey guys, after messing with the data for several days, I finally figured out how to add bonus traits and other features to
a faction, so there they are!

The mod now includes:

  • Clan traits for all minor factions
  • New clan units for almost every clan
  • New traits for every Daimyo

Hope you enjoy the new update :^)

For what it concerns the Italian version, it will be up in the next days

Italian translation is now available, I also fixed some ui issues:

I fixed some In-game ui issues: now the "Urakami Shogunate" name should display properly, also I renamed every faction to be "The x Clan" instead of just the clan's name (ie "The Takaoka Clan" instead of just "Takaoka"), also when you become shogun your faction will be named "The x Shogunate" in the faction's summary UI.

Revised the clans' descriptions

Little update, I noticed some errors in the start menu's descriptions, so I fixed them. There were also some clans with a wrong description, that was taken care off aswell.

I'm currently working on editing the Daimyo of the selected clan in the start menu, the tables are already in the mod but are not working, I'm surely missing on something..
If you have some suggestions on how to takle this issue, please let me know, thanks! ^_^

Added a bunch of features, here's the complete list:

  • Every clan is now playable in custom battles mode, including the European traders and the wacky Wako. You can also play the unpublished Utsunomiya, Asano, Hosokawa, Ishida, Kobayakawa, Kuroda, Toyotomi and Ukita clans in custom land, siege and naval battles

  • Leased land is now demolishable

  • Now every faction has a proper camera placement when starting a new campaign

  • Fixed the factions' turn order to be the same as vanilla I put Otomo after Ikko Ikki by mistake

Hey guys, hope you enjoy the new features! In the next days I will work to the start menu daimyos, I think it's possible to edit them, but I can't determine the amount of work needed ;)
Afterwards I'll work to the Italian translations, then I guess I will be done with the updates.


In one to two weeks maximum all the features should be implemented, this update was very fast because @w[A]nderer pointed me to the file I needed to edit in order to change the placement of the camera,mad thanks to him ;)

Anyways, thank you so much for 1000 subscriptions!

I hope I didn't break anyone's game with all these updates, sorry if I did, it was for a greater cause :^)

Fixed a couple of issues, here's the complete list:

  • Added Otomo clan's missing general, Kobayakawa Chikaharu
  • Added the heirs of Anegakoji, Ashina and Kono to the campaign map, so no more "son comes of age" notification at
    the start of turn 1. Imagawa's brother was added aswell.
  • Added traits to said generals
  • Now generals like Takeda Nobukado, Kira Masayo, etc.. start with the Commissioner for warfare office, like in vanilla
  • Added traits to a handful of daimyo/generals who needed them.

This will be the last update in a while.. Since this is my first time modding I will need quite some time to figure out how to properly edit the coordinates of the starting camera and the start menu's daimyo models.

Next big update will be in a couple weeks, I think. I will make a mini-update with all the factions playable in custom battles this weekend, then that's it. Thank you for your understanding :)

I hope I didn't break anyone's game with these updates, sorry if I did :^)

Tweaked the amount of starting cash so that now every minor clan starts with at least 1000 koku, plus 200 for every additional province they own. Imagawa start with 1400 koku (they "own" Mikawa) and the Ashikaga start with 1200.
