v1.34
Buffs
- Increased initial dash speed (6->6.75). It used to be slower than his actual dash speed, which didn't feel great
- Reduced FTilt startup (12->9), UTilt startup (15->13), and DTilt startup (7->6). Also reduced FTilt endlag (14->12)
- Slightly reduced ground friction of FStrong, UStrong, and DStrong, and added lower ground friction to UTilt and FTilt. Should make them more useful out of a dash or waveland
- Slightly increased Railgun sweetspot lifetime (3->4)
- Big Burst Bubbles are now transcendent at the start (just like big Flare Bombs), so that it isn't destroyed by any hitbox when fired. However this only lasts for 3 frames (or if the bubble begins to float upward)
- Changed angle of DTilt sweetspot (70->50) and sourspot (90->80), making it better for combos
- Fully charged DStrong now causes shockwaves to spawn
Nerfs
- Reduced FTilt sweetspot knockback scaling (1.0->.95), and damage to both hitboxes (10->8, 8->7) to compensate for the speed buff
- Idle hurtbox is now slightly taller. Same is true for certain moves that were changed (ex: NSpecial, FSpecial, DStrong, etc)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Just like Matt, Starter is now slightly more beeg. He's a bit taller and some animations have been adjusted to fit
- You can now cancel out of DTilt with c-stick, and the projectile on BAir can now be used with c-stick as well
- Slightly improved NAir animation, and made DStrong smooth back into idle better
- Added a heavier landing SFX
- Fixed a bug where the Railgun laser could get stuck and frozen if Starter was hit out of the move during hitpause
- Improved vfx for DStrong, Railgun, etc. Also fixed certain particle effects not recoloring properly with alts (ex: Charge Shot vfx, Comet Blaser vfx, etc)
- Fixed up and forward airdodge animation not matching the trail effect
- Railgun now uses just 2 diagonal hitboxes for the sweetspot and sourspot, instead of many circular hitboxes

- Fixed an oversight where Starter would have soft armor when grabbing a projectile or article (he's only supposed to have that if he holds a player)

- Reduced FAir startup (21->17). (This move was even slower than Matt FAir for some reason)
- Reduced ammo use for FSpecial Railgun (40->30), UStrong Wave (20/30->10/20), UAir (15->10), and DAir (15->10)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Canon and OP modes now change more things and power up more moves. In canon mode, most moves are also instant and have no endlag

Fixes / Other Changes
- Spawning the block with DSpecial now requires holding the button instead of tapping it, because that should feel more natural (as well as make it possible to grab projectiles and articles when grounded while block isnt out, etc)
- USpecial will now always assume you are trying to input a direction if you are holding Special to do a 2nd airdash, even if you are holding no direction at all or holding the same one you just travelled in. It will choose the most likely one (which usually means up and/or forward), which should feel better and easier to use
- Fixed some missing explosion sfx (ex: when landing with op mode activated)

- UAir big flare bomb early hit kbs decreased (1.0->.9). Late kbs is the same as before (which means flare bomb gets more powerful over time)
- Armor on UTilt comes out later

- Added a colored+black outline whenever Starter uses an armored move, to help indicate when he has armor and not
