Buffs
+ Some angle thresholds for USpecial now lean a few degrees in favor of forward, making it easier to do forward+downward in particular. This makes the Starter super slide easier to do (and possible for keyboard players)
Nerfs
- Lowered dash speed a bit (5.75->5.5) and slightly lowered air speed
- NSpecial now can't be held as long, the physical hit is a bit smaller, and the projectile loses its hitstun a bit earlier
- Most strongs are now a bit more punishable, and UStrong is a bit less wide and active
- Fixed DTilt hitting behind Starter
- Increased ammo cost for the big UAir bomb and DAir bubble slightly (10->15)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Implemented special respawn platforms to some alts (these have always been there but unused til now), and fixed the weird recoloring on alts
+ Added an extra animation frame to DTilt and changed the animation a little bit
+ Fixed and optimized some very old code
+ Updated some alts (ex: Cave Robot/Quote alt), and added a special taunt variation to Fruit Frog alt
+ Fixed some KoB compatibility stuff (ex: Pocket being weird)
+ Anti-cheapie is now opt-in (hold Attack to activate it!), and should react to less characters

Nerfs
- FStrong physical hitboxes are a bit smaller (they were weirdly big before)
- BAir physical hitbox is a bit smaller (same as FStrong, particularly horizontally)
- Added a new mechanic where Starter will take extra damage and hitpause if hit during the endlag of certain strong attacks on whiff. Intended to further balance out very large/powerful moves in a unique, more fun way
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Made the AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles and more
+ Fixed anti-cheapie a bit (should be less strict, to hopefully have it trigger less on accident)
+ Updated preview
+ Fixed bug where DSpecial block cracks would turn into an error if the block was reflected or pocketed
+ Added 3 more Miiverse posts
+ Overhauled and simplified the armor outline effect, it's now just colored if its super armor and black if its a lower amount
