Should now be able to designate a shielmaid, even if you have a religion with men and women being equal, but a culture which only allows either men or women to be knights. You won't be able to designate someone, if religion and culture declare men and women as equal at the same time.

Husbands of potential shieldmaids must be knight with a prowess skill of at least 12 or must be a noble.

Only affects the "Less restricted" game rule.
