Fixed convars for some events not appearing in the randomat ULX menu

- Changed 'I'm a deputy!' to only change ordinary traitors, to prevent special innocents from being confirmed innocent once everyone is promoted

- Added new randomat: 'Everyone's a detective' - Everyone can search bodies and gets a DNA scanner (This replaces the old DNA scanner randomat from pack 1)
- Removed redundant randomat descriptions and changed some randomat names and descriptions to be more clear
- 'Infected' can now trigger without the zombie being enabled, as the zombie role is pretty self-explanatory and other zombie randomats don't check for it being enabled either
- Fixed the Yogscast into version of 'Murder' displaying the message to pick up guns to traitors

- Fixed descriptions of randomats not updating if their convars were changed on the same map as they were triggered
- Fixed randomats that give out random weapons not greying out what was given to you in the buy menu
- Updated randomat base code

Added support for special detectives in 'The detective is acting suspicious...'
