Removed displaying given weapon names in chat for some events as getting weapon names was causing excessive network traffic on loading a new map

(This was an unsued part of the randomat base for this pack anyway, so this is just an update to the randomat base)

All convars no longer save on change, you now have to use your server.cfg file, or listenserver.cfg file to change convars.

This was due to saving convars causing players to not be able to join servers at all if there were too many saved at once
