Added workaround fix for a crash caused by an update to the file.Exists() function from Gmod itself.
This crash only randomly effected local servers (not dedicated servers) on changing maps after playing on one first.

Re-wrote 'Team Building Exercise' out of my notepad++ days...
- Fixed stripping all weapons from beggars
- Fixed sometimes not setting someone to a detective or traitor
- Now randomly picks everyone's roles so former traitors cannot memorise their partner's role
- Now triggers regardless if there is a traitor or detective in the round, only requires the beggar role to exist
