fixes and changes

- Deleted few barricades (also unused) near the wall in big Generator zone
- Deleted one bile bottle in big Generator zone
- "leftgenerator_gates_pump_hint" delay from start to end trigger equal with "build_barricades_hint" (from 13.5 to 14)
- "leftgenerator_gates_pump_hint" timeout parameter now is 15 from 0
- Now sound "PROP_sound_build_complete" after completed big Generator plays Everywhere
- When entire team enters in Elevator: forced survivor start positions, director main script ended
- Few NoDraw re-textures
- Few more decals
- Rate_pls decal

- "leftgenerator_gates_pump_hint" EndHint trigger copied and applied after 15 minutes
- Anouncer now have Ellis voice.

BALANCE:
- "z_spawner_tank_timer" interval changed from 145-170 to 140-160
- Director Main scenario script "MaxSpecials" increased from 3 to 4

small fixes:
- Now "leftgenerator_gates_pump_hint" is turned off not only by the timer from the start, but also after filling the fuel
(players who joined shortly after the start should no longer see the hint until the end of the match)
- The hint "leftgenerator_gates_opennigbutton_hint" didn't have a EndHint trigger after pressing the button
- "leftgenerator_gen_preelevatorbutton" had a duplicate "kill" parameter
- "FinaleBuilding_Hint" fade delay increased from 14 to 16
- Added a hint next to the ammo near the Elevator

- Added new Step, after Main Generator activation.
- Added Announcer. Now, when unlocking items, a hint appears.
- Added music credits into description panel
- Elevator call steps reduced from 6 to 4. Call time reduced by 3 sec. (now 27 sec.)
- After reaching the limit, you can no longer pour gasoline into the small generator.
- Music start time increased by 2 sec. The start range between tracks has been changed.
- Magnum unlocking time reduced by 5 sec. (now 30 sec.)

Gameplay \ Balance:
- Added Button in hangar which now opens gates to Zone 2, after fuel task complete
- When gates in Zone 2 openning - sound now plays Everywhere
- Shotgun was moved far away for balance
- Additional Hunter_spawner timer increased from 50-60 to 55-65

Visual:
- Added few decals near Elevator
- Added small detail brush to farside background
- Vending machine was moved far away
- Lamps props with volume light in hangar (fixed)
- Truck gate entrance small decor brush added
- Changed wall texture near Elevator to prevent high-brightness from HDR, which caused by white wall
- Fog_end increase from 8000 to 8500

Addon \ Files:
- Addon name changed from "My LBAR1 Rework" to "My LBAR1 Rework 0.7"
- Addon image fixed

- Added: Electric fence zone blocked with PLAYERCLIP from player movement trough to prevent bot dying from electricity.
- Added Shotgun in hangar.
- Added 2 Molotov on map.
- Added details a little to Main brick building

- Added: now after builded some of parts of Elevator - Tank will spawn

- Z-timer of 3 Z-Spawners increased by 1

- Removed from gamezone Fences in Zone 2, 1 Fence moved near to Generator
