Quality of life: Blooddrain no longer heals when at full health, to reduce audio spam from the effect.

World generation change: Reprogrammed base Noita's biome modifier randomizing to check for eligible modifiers before rolling, instead of rolling and checking afterwards, which caused biome modifiers to not appear on rare occasions when one should have (this means that having the chance of a modifier appearing set to 1 should always cause one to appear, as opposed to rarely not having one appear at all). You may notice different biome modifiers appearing when using a set seed compared to playing without the mod, as this affects the generation of biome modifiers compared to the base game.
