Made it harder to jump from hole 18 to hole 17

-Removed hole 17 and divided the old hole 18 into 2 holes.
-Remade the old hole 17 into scenery
-Removed the pipe on hole 10
-Fixed a clipping issue on hole 11
-Made pars more forgiving on most holes
-Added some missing textures and fixed some overlapping textures
