Updated mod to 1.7. You now have to download locs separately.

Updated IC2000 graphics to include the blue bar near the door and 1st class indicators.
Added a full 1st class coach.
Added an optional Restaurant car. (so you can now choose between Restaurant, bar or none)
Added IC2020 livery.
