Update 1.2
We are finalizing our research into Northern Africa of the Cretaceous before moving on to a saltwater environment of the same era. This week we have three new animals for you to display!

New this Update:

Simoliophis, an early aquatic snake that lived in the mangrove swamps and coastal waters, it still retained a pair of vestigial legs.

Squalicorax, a shark genus known to have preyed or scavenged on a multitude of animals, including marine reptiles, pterosaurs and even dinosaurs.

Onchopristis, a heavily armored skate, covered in sharp denticles and equipped with a saw bladed rostrum, this animal was well prepared to defend itself against predators.

-Added 1 more land requirement to Galianemys
-Added growth stages to Bawitius
-Added temp requirement to Adrianaichthys and Schizorhiza

As directed by our partners, we’ve spent this past week looking into the freshwater fish of the Bahariya Formation!

New this Update:

Bawitius, a massive relative of modern bichirs that lurked in the murky waters and mangrove swamps of the region.

Palaeonotopterus, an early bony tongued fish related to modern day freshwater elephant fish.
