Updated MCS-Stratus to GN7 Added general improvements, and converted ship to 100% Vanilla

New with the GN6 Update-
Added Vanilla Gene splicing support (research terminal and tags)
Removed Saber Armaments (until they fix it with the new characters)
Removed EK Gunnery(microSSL) in exchange for an extra 2 hardpoints that can be activated
Added some vanilla items to speed up progression(and help with alien ruins)

Updated to Stratus GN4, Now with a ships computer monitoring flooding and will update every 30 seconds, a motion detector that will say the side that is being attacked every 10 seconds and a nice welcome message for your Crews. Various preformance increases and Added tasteful storage options shared with me from the wonderful Singularia on the Baro discord.

Removed some items to reduce need for "mods" that only added items , EK Gunnery and Dockyards will stay as they are the only mods that add anything to the ship that contribute to the structure/weaponry/functions.
