Fixed an exploit where players could keep their gear after dying and disconnecting.
Fixed database not properly saving damage values of players.

Potential fix for players not loading in with their saved equipment.
As requested, now the DELETE key opens the Menu instead of the HOME key.
More magazines can spawn on freshspawns, but the amount is more random.

This update changes a few things:

EVR storm has been heavily modified - added thunderbolts (with flickering at night), time until the storm is active has been randomized, the script should now correctly detect whether you are in a house or not, and it should be JIP compatible now (but this one needs testing).
Dog companion behavior has been slightly modified, they are persistent as well.
Player stats are now correctly saved on server for clients.
Fixed fuel pumps by swapping them with Altis variants, so filling jerry cans should work now.
Added more headgear and mask variants to zombies.
Drinking dirty water may cause radiation poisoning. Anti-rad pills have been added to the loot to fight this.

This update removes every placed fortification and base stuff, because the base building system has been reworked! Server wipe is also advised.

Fixed a bug related to EVR, where players could take cover on rooftops / static vehicle crashes and survive without getting damage.
Added randomized headgear to zombies.
Changed base building system - now you have to claim a house (Arma 3 ones) to be able to build around it - you have to find Keys, money (1x Banknotes per door) and look at the building, then the action will show up.
Changed vehicle claiming - now you need Keys to do it
Dog companion (WIP) - The man's best friend. Lure them out from doghouses with rusty food cans and they will help you to survive out there - they are not prefect: their movement can be weird since i had to script it, they sometimes bug through buildings just like any other animal in A3, AI don't shoot them, and right now they are not persistent either.
Helicrashes now have hordes around them.
Other small adjustments i can't remember.
