Adjustments to Civilization Ability "Outer Rim Sieges"
-Ability grants +1 production and +1 food to desert tiles, in addition to previous yields, thanks to Geonosian support of the Confederacy

CHANGES:
-Removed Droideka as a special unit for the CIS

-Added new special unit: Bx-Series Commando Droid
Commando Droid Stats:
-Replaces Infantry
-85 melee strength, 75 ranged strength (Possesses ranged attack)
-Range bumped from 2 to 3, as Commandos could use snipers
-Unit Ability: Ignores terrain and rivers with no movement penalties
-Additional Unit ability: TBD
