Fixed the tower rotation problem and made Mechanical easier.

Made the Stoneship and Selentic holes easier.
Rotated the balls - hopefully they'll face the right way now!
Removed some ugly boundary volumes from thumbnail.

Increased the par of various holes.
Added course boundaries.
Fixed sticking points in the final two holes.
Made holes 13, 14, and 16 easier.
