Patch Release 1.3.1

Nspecial:
- Portals start shaking when they have 1 charge left
- Amount of butterflies emitted by portals decreases as they are used
- Audio pitch of portal sound rises slightly as charges are used
- A sound now plays when portals are destroyed from using all charges

Fstrong:
- Pre-teleport startup increased from 12 to 14
- Post-Charge startup increased from 4 to 6
- Endlag increased from 22 to 26
- Active frames reduced from 8 to 4
- Knockback scaling reduced from 1.1 to 1
- Touched up the animation

Ustrong:
- Knockback scaling reduced from 1.3 to 1.2

- Fixed a bug where the beam wasn't always aligned with portal placement
- Fixed a bug where placing a red portal on a wall cause it to jump to the other side of the stage
- Fixed a bug where placing portals at the very edge of the stage cause them to clip down into the stage a little

- Hitbox changed to a pop-up from a zero knockback hitpause
- Added a small line effect to direct attention to the position swap on hit
- Changed the charged effect to not have a circle and used "add" blendmode

Uair:
- Added a 45 frame cooldown after landing it

Dspecial:
- Now won't teleport you if you're in hitstun
- Added a small line effect to direct attention to the position swap on teleport
- If a stuck player walks through a portal, the knife will now become charged
- Hitting a stuck player with fspecial will now cause the knife to become charged
- Hitting a stuck player with a charged uspecial will now cause the knife to become charged
- Switched from plasma stun to a custom stun effect
- Changed the charged effect to not have a circle and used "add" blendmode

Dstrong:
- Added a new sound

Filt:
- Post-teleport startup increased from 4 to 6
- Fixed a bug where the woosh sound didn't play

Dtilt:
- Shifted the hitbox slightly to give it an inverse disjoint

Dstrong:
- Hitpause scaling reduced from 1.3 to 1.2

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where the draw calls broke the playetest in CSS
- Fixed a bug where portals could break the colors on Julesville
- Fixed a bug where bair and afterimages broke in matches with multiple Monarchs
- Fixed a bug where you could teleport off ledge on spirit tree
- Fixed a bug where placing portals of edges was jank
- Fixed a bug where the red portal on the HUD didn't properly animate when disappearing

Misc:
- Automatically enabled lite mode if the game drops below 45 fps for 15 frames
- Reduced some lag from portals
- Tweaked the big shock effect a little
- Reduced the volume of some of the louder sound effects

Dspecial:
- Now becomes charged after going through a portal
- Charged knives have a new effect
- Charged knives create a large stun hitbox after the timer ends

Fspecial:
- Now becomes charged after going through a portal

- Charged butterflies create a large stun hitbox when hitting another player

Uspecial:
- Now spawns a stun hitbox if you went through a portal while invisible
(not as strong or long lasting as the other specials)

Fspecial:
- Automatically triggers on contact with an enemy
- Reduced gravity during the move

Ustrong:
- Removed knockback scaling on first hit
- Added an experemental cancel with dash attack (enable with the munophone cheat canGatle)
- Updated ustrong startup frames to use the correct charge frame

Dattack:
- Adjusted hitboxes to match the smear
- Knockback scaling on first hit removed
- Base knockback on first hit reduced from 8 to 6
- Angle on first hit changed from 361 to 60

Dair:
- Now has pull in hitboxes

Fair:
- Now works with the right stick

- Increased exaggeration of startup animation

Dtilt:
- Hitbox widened from 30 to 50

Utilt:
- Endlag reduced from 14 to 10
- Base knockback of pull hits reduced from 3 to 2
- Knockback scaling of explosion reduced from .5 to .2
- Back knockback of explosion reduced from 4 to 3

Uair:
- Added a melee hitbox to the startup
- Fixed a bug where you could land before the teleport

Dspecial:
- Disabled plasma stun when opponent is galaxied

Misc:
- Removed sounds of idle tweaks (can still be acessed with a munophone cheat)
- Fixed errors on reload

Note:
- Next patch is planned to include a new stun effect and explosion animation, which will trigger when a special is used through a portal.
