Update to the newest OWB version. I've only made this mod to work with it, not exactly adapted it since I don't play OWB anymore.

Gain access to Vault-Tec infrastructure with Industry Adaptation focus.
Bonedancers, Chemult and Shoshones lands, if conquered, can be cored immediately instead of lowering coring costs.
Slightly buffed very high corruption.
