lost the more up to date vmf version. Changed back to the IID version (skybox might have some problems)

- New debrief
- Moved an area to be above the bunks area.
- Added one extra bunk.
- Made the doors that got area portals force close (at least in SCP facility)
- Added an extra button so Class-D can hack out. As well so staff don't get stuck
- Made some changes to my SCP-1074
- Hidden the cave area
- Made the cave area bigger.
- Added SCP-343 Room (he is friendly so its very easy to get to him)
- Added at each lockdown area an extra door.
- Bunks are bigger
- Added some cooldown to some buttons (as SCP-173 and gm buttons)
- Added fog
- Made 1128 have random exits.
- SCP-914: on fine and very fine can give hp.
- GM and Event place is bigger
- Kill floor now got a texture that shows clear it is on.
- Added lights over each GM effect to show what is on and not on.
- Fixed SCP-1128 displacement problems (players could swim to an area but then got stuck)
- Fixed my mistake on copy and paste doors. (I made a silly mistake with some stairs that I will fix soon)
- Fixed brig doors blocking
- Made a new outside area
- A lot of other stuff I forgot to note down lol.

New areas
SCP-106 place (pocket place): Made it be random to get out. Will improve it more down the road to make it more fair.
Some GM Maps stuff lights turning off (Some are still not turning off that I need to fix), turning on the lighting thing at the entrance area so it can kill people,
Fixed: Doors, GM lights having the wrong logic_relay being run first (so you needed the first time to press 2 times. now it is just 1 time)
Mega bunks area (near one of the sim rooms.): My server will use it as a mega bunk. Others can use it how they want.
Added player clip to the SCP-1128 area around. So you can't get behind the displacement.
Reworked lighting at the class-d area bit.
Reworked the GMs light.
