fix fake console warning

add custom vfx when low on health or infested, remove exploding from failed fast reload

- standing close to a burning alien or another burning marine will ignite you for 10 seconds

- heavy armor prevents you from being ignited from standing close to burning aliens or burning marines
- heavy armor now blocks 45% of damage instead of 20%

- gl 2 clips on all maps instead of 1 clip, 2 clip and 3 clip on different ones
- u start burning for 10 sec when burning alien hits u, 50% chance for buzzer
- ammo satchels back to having 3 ammo
- flamer clip count halved

- fix dead burning aliens setting close marines on fire
- adrenaline slows game down to 0.75 instead of 0.35

- being close to an burning alien will ignite you (exception: grubs, shamans, eggs, biomass, npc_*, queen)
- new feature: broken clip pickup for double gl
