Stop station defenders on reactive from pursuing targets beyond station defence radius

* Disable reactive docking for capital ships defending station, so they don't take up every pier (I may enable it again if I remove the "Only one defend group" limit on stations).
* Fix auxiliary traders not continuing to search for trades after failing to do so in reactive mode.
* Exclude capital auxiliary traders from reactive mode.

Fix 'Protect Station' order always causing ship to start docking

* Support for station defend subordinates.
* Support for auxiliary trade subordinates.
* Docking settings are now tied to the ship, rather than the pilot.
* Removed Japanese translations, since they are outdated.
