1-Fix the bug that OKW couldnt deploy base trucks.

I have change the atmosphere to night but only when you select to "disable" the "cold tech" in game options menu.You have to know that it will not have blizzard and cooldown.Relic still has that lock (not possible to create custom atmosphere with blizzards) and for blizzards we need to use relics presets.So to create night atmosphere,is going to be a custom atmosphere so it will not have blizzard.This is the only way it can be done a custom atmosphere.If you want to play the map with blizzard just set the "cold tech" to "scenario" settings but is going to be day cause of relics restrictions and presets

Correct the water level that caused by relics update and couldn't build bunker cause water level was high.

Change the custom atmosphere,so if cold tech disabled in game, atmosphere to be different from the default custom atmosphere.What that means?
When winter atmosphere used in a map,need to select relics presets (that is only very few for winter),otherwise there is no cold or blizzards.(Still atmosphere mode is lock so winter cold and blizzards can not be custom.)
But custom atmosphere can be created and used only that there is no cold or blizzards.
So now maps that use blizzards can also have a totally different custom atmosphere and can be used when "cold tech" set to disable.So for best result in atmosphere disable cold tech Enjoy and Rate up.

After relics update some change affect the water level and water level was lower.Now is fixed.
