Fixed clicking noise from ballast tank under command room. Users in mid campaign should unwire the right water detector in the cargo area under the command room.

Hotfix for electrical room fires while docked.

-Upgraded conning tower docking hatch. Stations should surge much less and submarine batteries will be charged unconditionally.
-Added switch to conning tower to change docking hatch polarity. This means you can power abandoned stations if they're wired to accept incoming power.
-Added editable labels to lockers in crew quarters for multiplayer gameplay.
-Added many tool tips to items.
-Added extra storage and scrap space.
-Ballast tank air lock now has a safety override and exterior door lock.
-Air lock in machinery now has a exterior hatch safety to prevent accidental death.
-Upgraded battery output buffer to reduce junction box fires while in silent running mode.
-Fixed bot behavior specifically in the shallow area of ballast tank A and the airlock in ballast tank C. This should take care of the issue of bots filling ballast tank C with diving suits and general panicking behavior.
-Workaround: Bots will refuel the generator now but not on command. They will simply take loose cans of diesel and store them in the generator like a locker.

-Improved acceleration of creeper motor without increasing top speed.

-Removed stray coilgun ammo shelf hidden behind medical cabinet.
-Raised AI gunner engagement range
-Reduced ambient noise range
-Added weapons locker
-Interior hatch to keel airlock now locks to prevent bots from entering only when the main switch is on and the secondary switch is set to flood the compartment.
-Empty 88mm shell ammo boxes no longer give all materials back when deconstructing. Only the shell casings.
