- added text-to-speech for incoming messages (optional, toggle via F2)
- increased display time for incoming messages from 5.5 to 7.5 seconds
- added some funky connection/disconnection sounds
- added some censoring as a test

- increased the lifetime of incoming messages from 3 (default) to 5.5, nothing I can do about outgoing messages
