Removed dependency on abutment script mod.

Fixed the removal severity having been incorrectly marked as "warning".

Updated the mod description in the strings.lua file, so the description on the Steam workshop doesn't get overwritten on subsequent updates (or rather so that it gets overwritten with identical text).

Updated author and dependency metadata in the mod.lua file.
