Got rid of separate triggered "Siren". Now the siren sound is mixed in with the music and you can turn both off by pressing the "M" key.

Fixed the tornado updraft to work when zoomed out. Now everything close to the vehicle will start to be pull straight up regardless of where your camera view is.
