Some aesthetic fixes.

Added adjustable search lights to the bow and stern of the ship, they can be used to light up the way in front of and behind the ship, or to light up the deck.

Logic tweaks to ensure that the two electrical systems are properly separated. The lockable electrical master switch now functions properly with the relay.
